Biotech company had a requirement to implement a qualification process for Subject Matter Experts who would be come trainers of other employees.

Because time was at a premium for the organization, it was decided that a CBT covering the relevant subject matter was the best learning solution.

Dozens of Subject Matter Experts have received a didactic and applicational overview of Learning Theory, Cognition and Memory, and a 5 step Methodology for conducting training on the job.
